Reduce your lab's plastic waste stream
A lot of plastic is used in the laboratory. Much of this is used only once and then thrown away. NBS Scientific is working to reduce the plastic waste stream. At their stand they will talk about two methods to achieve this in the field of sample storage. The first method is to use sample storage racks made from recycled plastic and the second is the laundry service so that you can reuse racks.

Scala Scientific offers a sustainable alternative for replacing lab refrigerators and freezers when they are defective, outdated or no longer meet current guidelines. This takes place after an average of 10 years.

At the Scala Scientific stand you will learn more about the system in which technology and housing are separated from each other. This housing can be updated with the latest techniques in a simple, sustainable way and at a low investment, and will therefore serve the lab for at least 10 to 20 years.

At every stand you will be asked a question about sustainability. After completing the X-pedition you will receive a present. The X-pedition sustainability can be followed every day of the fair week.
