Loading and unloading of goods during construction and dismantling
You need to book a time slot for the loading and unloading of stand materials. Please note: without a pre-booked time slot it is no longer possible to enter the loading and unloading zones of the Jaarbeurs. So book in advance! This can be done through the Vehicle Registration System (VRS) of DB Schenker.
You only need a time slot reservation during construction and deconstruction days. During exhibition days you can simply report to the location.
