As an exhibitor, you usually come to the show to show the public something, either physically or digitally. This often requires larger bandwidths of internet connections to show the action or information in a simple and fast way.
In recent months, Jaarbeurs, FHI board members and a delegation from FHI talked about the WoTS 2024. One of the topics discussed was Internet rates. Jaarbeurs, in coordination with FHI, has presented a customized offer for WoTS 2024. Exhibitors will receive a secure 4 Mbps WiFi connection from FHI as standard with their participation. On request, exhibitors can upgrade this connection; the prices for wired Internet connections have been greatly reduced. The approach is that exhibitors can easily use Jaarbeurs’s network. In summary, Jaarbeurs and FHI have invested in this cooperation and as partners have agreed the following:

- 4 Mbps wired € 100,- (excl. VAT)
- 8 Mbps wired € 250,- (excl. VAT)
- 16 Mbps wired € 500,- (excl. VAT)
- 32 Mbps wired € 750,- (excl. VAT)
- 64 Mbps wired € 1,000,- (excl. VAT).
In addition to the Internet rates, catering, logistics and parking were discussed. Steps have been taken at this points as well, where quality, flexibility and efficiency are the most important issues. We will inform you about this points in a few months.
