The Impact of Industrial Robots on EU employment, economy and quality of work

Concerning robotics the popular question in the last decades was: Are we losing all our jobs? The speaker focused his research around employment, economy, competition and quality of work. He will present the implications of Industrial Robots on labour markets and the change in economy. There will not only be displacement of work, but also productivity gains that create new opportunities. As a society we have to learn to interact with robots, change the conditions of the workplace and train the labour force. The risk can be that we automate too much, so how can companies and societies make the right choices?
