General membership meetings and membership network meeting with Diederik Jekel

During the annual general membership meetings of the FHI branches, we discuss the direction of the association, financial matters, board composition and the activities for the coming year. It is the ideal opportunity for members of FHI to think about the future of the association.

Traditionally, we conclude the general membership meetings with an inspiring speaker and networking meeting. This year we have invited science journalist Diederik Jekel. You may know him from programs such as The Knowledge of Now, Atlas, Focus, Jekel's Hunt and Who is the mole. He is also a popular guest on talk shows Jinek, ON 1 and Renze.

Diederik's goal is to make science understandable. He covers a variety of topics, from the mysteries of space travel to the challenges of modern medicine. Diederik translates these complex topics into fascinating stories that appeal to a broad target group. In doing so, he builds a bridge between science and the media.

We end the afternoon with a drink during the network meeting. There you will come into contact with other FHI members and catch up with colleagues from the industry.

Note: the general membership meeting for the Building Automation sector takes place on Wednesday September 25. Members of the Building Automation sector are of course very welcome to join Diederik Jekel's presentation and networking drinks from 3:30 PM.
