Kago Electronics BV develops and manufactures printed circuit boards for industrial systems. Flexibility and efficiency characterize us. With our years of expertise and knowledge of the latest developments in the electronics market, we add state of the art applications to every electronic product. This can involve a single print or medium-sized productions of up to approximately one hundred pieces per type per month. We can tailor our machine park, which means our prototyping processes run quickly.

99% of what we produce we have developed ourselves. We have an exclusive stock of fixed components, which allows us to work cost-effectively and quickly and always have an up-to-date stock available. For us, it is not the quantity, but the quality of the PCBs we produce that is our priority.

Kago Electronics BV consists of owners Jouke Zijlstra and Martijn de Boer and a team of seven development and production employees.
Our method

First-time-right, that's not what we believe in. We go for first-time-almost-right. We don't shy away from an extra prototype: with the first prototype we tackle the teething problems. Because our machinery can be customized and we work with fixed, familiar components, that is much faster and cheaper than making a perfect first prototype. Thanks to that same flexible machinery, every prototype undergoes an automated optical inspection. We work from A to Z: from purchasing to inventory management, from development to implementation. If a component falls into disuse, we carry out the last-time-buy for you, after which we will use a suitable alternative component for you after a redesign of your product. With us you have maximum continuity for your product. We have a long-term relationship with almost all our customers.
Collaborations

If you need larger quantities, we will negotiate for you with our regular partners in Europe and Asia. For each product, we know exactly which company to call in. We take the preliminary work, in the form of a prototype and a zero series, off their hands. That saves time and money. This allows them to get started right away with what they are best at: efficient series mass production. For the looks of your product, we are happy to put you in touch with renowned designers.

Thanks to our contacts with suppliers and manufacturers, we are also always aware of the latest developments.
