Exhibitor badge

Starting Tuesday, September 23, at 8:00 AM, you can collect your exhibitor badge at the entrance to Hall 9 by presenting the barcode in your confirmation email or your QR code via the "ticket" button in the FHI Events App. You will need your exhibitor badge daily to enter the exhibition hall. NB! Everyone must collect only their personal exhibitor badge. Anyone registered as a stand attendant will automatically receive confirmation to collect an exhibitor badge.

During the set-up on Monday, you do not need an access pass or exhibitor badge.

Waste disposal

During construction and dismantling, the exhibitor/stand builder is expected to take care of the disposal of his waste. It is not permitted to leave waste in the aisles. The waste can be removed by physically taking all the waste with you and disposing of it outside Jaarbeurs or by renting a container via the Jaarbeurs webshop. The rented container will then be brought to the stand by appointment and will then be collected to ensure the correct waste processing. Other waste processing companies - except for the waste collector hired by Jaarbeurs - are not allowed on the Jaarbeurs complex.

Storage

During the exhibition days, you can store your empty boxes and booth materials free of charge in Hall 10, opposite the Einstein seminar room. This is an unattended service; please do not store valuables here.
