For loading and unloading stand materials you need to reserve a time slot. You can reserve your time slot from one month prior to the fair. You will receive more information about the set-up and dismantling instructions in due time.
DB Schenker is de officiële logistieke partner van de Jaarbeurs. DB Schenker verzorgt transport, opslag en verhuur van divers materiaal zoals palletwagens, heftrucks etc. Groot materiaal kun je tegen betaling laten opslaan bij DB Schenker. From Tuesday 23 September 8:00 am, upon presentation of your registration certificate, you can have your exhibitor badge printed at the registration desk in hall 9. NB! Everyone only collects his/her personal exhibitor badge.
In each hall there are one or more mobile recycling streets. In these, waste is separated into different streams, such as plastic, paper and residual waste. The stand builder and exhibitor must ensure the removal of waste during construction and dismantling. It is not allowed to leave waste in the aisles, it must be taken to the mobile recycling street in the hall. NB: Make sure that your stand location is left empty after dismantling.
