Book a stand
Registration procedure
Step 1. Choose an available stand location on the map.
- Go to the online map
- Click on the hall of your choice to open the online map. At the top left you can click on the house icon to return to the overview of all halls.
- Click on the desired stand location.
- Enter your contact details. If you want to combine multiple stands, enter the additional stand numbers in the comments field.
- Submit the form.
Step 2. Complete the registration form
Complete your registration by submitting the form within two working days. online registration form to fill in and send. Only by sending in the registration form you make your registration definitive.
The method is as follows:
- The exhibitor chooses a stand location online on the world map that is appropriate for the company's activities and books the stand.
- We will keep your reserved stand location on option for two working days so that you can be sure of this spot.
- The stand location is only final once it has been confirmed in writing by FHI.
- If the registration form has not been received by FHI after two working days, the selected stand location will expire.
- It is not permitted to book multiple stands, unless they are actually purchased.
Information about your participation
Participation in pavilion
Participation in the Development pavilion includes stand construction, furniture, catering, 3.5 kW electricity and costs for the visitor registration system. Do you want to participate in the Development pavilion? Then register via the registration form in. Click here for more information.
Stand building
The organization provides standard stand building for all exhibitors. These stands all come with the same standard package. This concept gives you a stand with a professional look at a low cost.
Participation rates
View the participation rates. You can find the rates also on the registration form. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
Additional company announcement
As an exhibitor at Electronics & Applications, you are entitled to have your company name listed in the exhibitor list and on the floor plan. Do you have one or more co-exhibitors at your stand? Then you can request an additional company listing for this company(ies) at an additional cost. The rate for an additional company listing is €540 per listing.
