A modern HR policy: the employee's journey within the organization
This has everything to do with the increasing need for self-organization and autonomy. And especially not to forget that there are five different generations (each with their own needs) working at the same time today.
Every individual has slightly different needs at the different crucial moments in the employee journey.
There are already many examples of so-called 'employee journeys', which can clearly map out the crucial moments, i.e. moments of attention, in this employee's journey.
How do you ensure that you really connect at these moments to set concrete goals together or provide the right support?
When you manage to connect the employee journey to the ambitions of the employee(s) and the ambitions of the organization, you not only provide insight into possibilities, but you also agree on an actual career path that fits the ambitions of the employee and the organization.
This makes possibilities, opportunities and shared ambitions transparent and allows you to take real steps in the development of employees and the organization.
This has been proven to lead to sustainable connectedness and involvement!
As an extension of last year's seminar, Personnel Affairs will take you through the possibilities for achieving these good conversations and career paths, show practical examples and take you through even more possibilities for increasing employee involvement and enthusiasm.
(And of course also useful and inspiring if you weren't there last year).
