With the XV3300, Delta-Q has developed a unique mid-power on-board lithium battery charger for 48V, 80V and 96V lithium battery systems. In addition to a 3.3kW high-performance charger, this is also a 500W DC-DC converter and an EV charging station interface EVSE is integrated, which monitors safe charging. The XV3300 complies with SAE J1772 level 1 & 2 and IEC61851 mode 2 & 3 for charging from standard AC stations in America and Europe. This means that Delta-Q takes a lot of complex electronics off the hands of the vehicle developer.
The charger can be equipped with the correct charging profiles of various lithium technologies such as LCO, NCA, NMC, LMO but also Lithium Iron Phosphate LFP and Lithium Titanate LTO.
The DC-DC converter delivers a maximum of 500W of adjustable 12-14.5Vdc voltage, while charging this is a maximum of 70W. The sealed charger has a wide input range of 85-270Vac at a maximum current of 16A.
Multiple chargers can be connected in parallel to achieve a maximum charging power of 20kW.
The XV3300 is available in an air-cooled version, but also with water cooling, which can be linked to the vehicle's cooling system.
Delta-Q’s XV3300 is universal, compact, scalable and reliable – the ideal charger for powertrain electrification.
