Büchi launches a modular pressure reactor made of tantalum

Of course, Büchi already had Hastelloy pressure reactors in its portfolio. But recently it has even become possible to order your reactor in tantalum! This type of metal is characterised by excellent corrosion and temperature resistance. The tantalum reactors are available from laboratory to pilot scale.

As with all Büchi reactors, the tantalum reactors can be assembled to meet your requirements and process specifications. Due to the modular design of these multi-purpose reactors, they can be adapted to new specifications and processes at any time.

Versatile and user-friendly laboratory reactor 

The Versoclave is a medium-sized, versatile laboratory reactor for interchangeable metal pressure reactors with optional quick closure and reactor lift. Visual control during your process is possible through the sight glasses in the reactor. With a quick closure and reactor lift you can easily operate even heavy reactors.

Various low to high torque magnetic drives provide efficient mixing and stirring of low to high viscosity process media and excellent heat transfer.
