The DVCx3 series from Deutronic is the latest generation of DC/DC converters for lower voltages in electric vehicles. But it is also extremely suitable for use in combination with fuel cells. Characteristic are the high power density and the flat design.
Deutronic offers 4 power classes from 150W to 1680W nominal and these have, depending on the version, an input voltage of 24Vdc to 80Vdc. The output voltage is a regulated 12Vdc or 24Vdc.
The heaviest types, the DVC853 (966W) and DVC1903 (1680W), have a boost functionality whereby more than double the maximum power can be delivered for a maximum of 4 seconds. These are also optionally equipped with a CAN/RS232 interface via the standard and the J1939 protocol.
Deutronic can also offer customer specific solutions, with other input/output voltages or with customized connectors or cables.
