FHI Advice is there for entrepreneurs who encounter questions in their daily business operations. We are ready for all members within the five technology sectors who need advice or a sparring partner. In the area of legal issues, FHI works together with Lexsigma and Vestius Advocaten. In the case of insurance, we work together with HBR Branche Verzekeringen and Klap Verzekeringsmakelaar. There are strong partners available in the relevant areas for FHI members.
The legal advisors offer a listening ear and advise you on your issue in various ways areas of expertise. They can often help a company get started within a day, so that you can continue smoothly. Vestius Advocaten complements the existing team of legal professionals of Lexsigma with her expertise in the field of employment, contract and corporate law. Over the years, FHI has organised a collection of workshops with experts who inform and inspire about topics that are relevant within the sectors. FHI Advies selects the themes based on popular, current topics and frequently asked questions by members. The focus is always on concrete information with an understanding of the context. During the workshops, get to know your colleagues and expand your network.
FHI Advice provides members with various model agreements and/or documents. Think of an employment contract, general terms and conditions, a distribution agreement or, for example, a letter that you want to send to an employee who is leaving and who you would like to hold to his non-competition clause. Incidentally, this also applies to third-party statements for NOW subsidies and the like.
Complaints and questions about tenders, for example about disproportionate requirements, lack of transparency and unequal treatment, can be reported to FHI. In the case of common complaints, collective action will be taken where possible and desirable.
