With the new XFWCC series, XFMRS introduces a powerful line of wireless charging coils for transmitters and receivers. Designed for high efficiency and an extremely slim profile, these coils form the ideal building block for demanding inductive applications.
These coils offer high power density with power ratings up to 100W and current handling capacities from 3A to 13A in a compact housing. The ultra-low profile and built-in ferrite shielding integrate seamlessly into space-critical enclosures. Furthermore, the high quality factors and low DCR resistances limit heat generation and maximize energy transfer. In doing so, they align with Planar technology.
Wireless charging offers a solution for sealed, waterproof, or hygienic enclosures where traditional connectors are vulnerable. Examples include industrial handhelds and scanners, medical equipment and wearables, robotics and AGVs, and advanced measurement systems.
The XFWCC series is available in various form factors, and customer-specific modifications are possible upon request.
