Learning together. Directly applicable in your practice.

The sector is evolving rapidly. New technology, changing markets, and growing knowledge demands require continuous development. With the FHI Academy, we bring learning and development together in one place.

This is how you strengthen existing knowledge and make learning more effective and accessible for your organization.

Why the FHI Academy?

Many strong training providers and initiatives are active within the sector. At the same time, you see that knowledge and learning activities are often fragmented. This makes it difficult to maintain an overview and to develop in a targeted manner.

Members indicate a need for:

  • more coherence in the offering
  • practical and directly applicable knowledge
  • exchange with peers
  • support with learning and development

The FHI Academy responds to this. Here, you will find a single place where shared learning needs come together and are translated into concrete offerings.

What can you expect?

The FHI Academy helps you organize learning smarter and more effectively. We do this by:

to connect knowledge
You come into contact with peers and share practical experiences.

To safeguard industry-specific knowledge
Valuable knowledge and experience are preserved and made accessible to the sector.

to create coherence
We connect existing offerings and develop new learning activities where necessary.

To provide practical support
You receive help organizing learning and development, even if time or capacity is limited.

Who is the Academy for?

The FHI Academy is there for the entire membership.

Do you work at an organization with an extensive HRD structure? Or perhaps at a smaller company where learning is less organized? In both cases, you will find support here that suits your situation.

You can:

  • sharing knowledge
  • developing together
  • receive targeted support

Developing together with the sector

We are building the FHI Academy together with the sector. In discussions with member companies, we have gathered the most important learning needs. These form the basis for the offering.

For the development, we are collaborating with Vysta Learning Group. They bring experience in setting up industry-specific academies and help translate practical questions into concrete learning solutions.

What happens in 2026?

In 2026, we will take the following steps:

  • We are building the structure of the Academy
  • We bring companies and industries into dialogue with each other.
  • we are developing the first joint offer

The official launch will follow later this year.

We would be happy to talk to you.
