To promote a safe and healthy work culture, it is essential to actively prevent and tackle unwanted behavior in the workplace. An effective measure that you can take as an employer is to apply a code of conduct. As a member of FHI you can now use our model for an integrity code of conduct, drawn up in collaboration with FHI Advice partner Vestius Advocaten.

This model provides practical guidelines for drawing up a code of conduct, with the primary aim of promoting a healthy and safe working environment. It complies with legal requirements, with specific attention to the Working Conditions Act, and contributes to creating a safe working environment.

The focus of this policy is on acting with integrity and preventing psychosocial workload, including intimidation, bullying, discrimination and other undesirable behavior. You can customize and implement the model at your own discretion, so that it meets the specific needs of your organization.

For detailed information, please refer to the full version of the policy, which can be accessed via the FHI Member Portal MijnFHI.nl below FHI Advice Model agreements (Model Regulations for Internal Sanctions Policy).
