The first meetings for the projects and seminars of the World of Industrial Processing took place in November 2021. The companies involved already see concrete opportunities and want to use the collective stage at the fair and the marketing automation of WoTS. This option is now open to more exhibitors. By working together on seminars and projects, neutral expertise is communicated to visitors and therefore (potential) customers.

The large number of members of Machevo & Bulk, who are already showing interest in the project Machevo Hotspots, has also been explicitly busy designing neutral content, with the aim of reaching WoTS visitors effectively. Participants in a pavilion have always had the advantages that the preparations are done by the WoTS organization. In these times, when trade fairs can suddenly be moved, this convenience is even more noticeable and risks are better absorbed.

In addition, attention can be drawn to the participating exhibitors in several ways. Innovations and tangible benefits for customers create a 'technical conviviality' that can be shared at the bar of the pavilion. The collective stand construction makes the whole thing more noticeable. Active technology in the stands also encourages visits and through more communication about these types of projects, potential customers will receive information about the participants from April 2022.

An average visitor plans a visit of about four hours. For all exhibitors, it can no longer depend on the location of a stand on an exhibition floor. The question then is how an exhibitor informs its own customers in advance, what agreements have been made, what benefits of solutions have been communicated in advance and how will this be received by the various target groups.

These are strong opportunities for both large and small companies, because the organization's database is filled with this content in the general visitor recruitment process. That strengthens your own marketing. Please contact Willemijn de Groot, to see where else those opportunities exist.
