Hygiene is of great importance in the pharmaceutical, biotech, food and beverage industries. That is why SAMSON has designed control valves that enable germ-free and sterile processes. These valves offer maximum reliability in terms of process purity and product quality and meet the strict requirements of EC 1935/2004, FDA, 3A, EHEDG, ASME BPE and USP.
Various options
- The self-acting pressure reducing valve type 2371 for the food and pharmaceutical industry is suitable for liquids and gases from 0 to 160°C. As an option, you can choose a rod lock to keep the valve open during CIP or SIP.
- Hygienic angle control valve type 3347 can be used in installations that must meet sanitary requirements, such as FDA, 3A and EHEDG. The body is made of cast stainless steel and contains no dead spaces. This version can be cleaned according to the CIP method.
- The design of the aseptic angle valve type 3349 is free of dead spaces and facilitates CIP and SIP. The high-quality materials comply with FDA and USP class VI as well as EC 1935/2004. The membrane seal prevents contamination of the process and the valve is easy to install in tight spaces. In addition, the valve requires little maintenance.
- Control valve type 3321CT is supplied in a fully closed stainless steel version. This makes the control valve permanently resistant to the use of various external cleaning agents. Because the valve is approximately 60 percent more compact and lighter than other industrial control valves, simple and efficient installation in limited spaces is possible.
- SAMSON SED is an affiliate of SAMSON. The company specializes in the development, manufacture and distribution of diaphragm valves, seat valves and flow meters, particularly applicable in the pharmaceutical, biotech, food and beverage industries.
