Another bronze EcoVadis medal for Boom

We are proud to announce that we have once again been awarded the Bronze EcoVadis medal. This recognition confirms that our sustainability and corporate social responsibility policy continues to develop in the right direction.

In the most recent assessment, we were classified as a wholesaler of machinery and equipment. This new classification better reflects our business activities and ensures that our performance is compared within a more relevant and realistic framework. This makes the results even more valuable.

The assessment shows clear progress. Our efforts in the areas of the environment, working conditions, ethics, and sustainable procurement are paying off. Although our overall score has remained the same, the improved sub-results demonstrate that we are making consistent progress. The reconfirmation of the bronze medal is therefore a wonderful sign of appreciation for the work we all do together.

We remain fully committed to further sustainability of our organization and the chain in which we operate. Because sustainability is not an end point, but a continuous process of improvement.
