Start making your business more sustainable
November 22, 2024 – A 'greener' laboratory. That sounds simple, but it is a challenge. That is what we hear a lot from our customers. We all want to become more sustainable, but how?

It's been a while, but during WoTS we participated in the Xpedition sustainability. At Boom our Xpedition was all about the R-ladder. The R-ladder is a 10-step model that ranks ways to use materials and products more sustainably, with 'Refuse' and 'Rethink' having the highest impact, and 'Recycle' and 'Recover' having the lowest. The model encourages to prioritize actions that save resources, extend lifespan and reduce waste.

We would like to share the R-ladder again, because sustainability starts with awareness. Do you already apply the ladder (partly)?
