In recent years, Rodax has specialized in the design and manufacture of multi-point measurements for reactors in chemical and petrochemical processes. The specifications of these measurements are determined very precisely in consultation with the customer.
The philosophy is focused on designing constructions with a long lifespan. After all, shutting down a reactor to replace elements costs a multiple of the price of the assembly. Rodax recently realized a design where the elements can be replaced online. The choice of materials is virtually unlimited; after all, every process has its specific requirements. The fact that the satisfaction factor is high is proven by the fact that several multinationals such as Shell, BASF and Esso install them not only in the local Benelux installations, but also in international locations such as France, England, Spain, Thailand, Malaysia, etc.
Rodax has built various thermocouples to customer specifications with a total installation length of 30 metres, with the 7 measuring points equipped with foldable 3 mm thermocouples.
