Thermal paste in sheet form?

During the Power Electronics event 2021, Thal Technologies will launch a new and innovative Thermal Grease product in sheet form.
No more messing around with pasta and always a consistent result.

The non-silicone paste sheets are 'Dry Touch', i.e. semi-dry, can be processed and are available in any desired shape.
The carriers are made of aluminum, for a robust application, or a Kapton carrier with a high electrical insulation value.

The Dry Tough paste sheet can be applied easily and accurately with a continuous and therefore controlled layer thickness.
This promotes quality and a consistent solution during the production of your application.

Just like traditional pastes, these products have very good thermal conductivity, but are easier to apply between components and heat sink, for example.
Thal Technologies makes any desired shape to your specification that suits your application.
