From standard stainless steel cabinet to customer-specific series solution

A stainless steel control cabinet no longer needs to be a standard product that requires full machining after delivery. Especially in serial machine building, significant time can be saved by tailoring the housing to the final application during the production process.

CC Nederland, together with ILINOX, supplies both standard stainless steel enclosures and fully customized solutions. This allows cutouts, hole patterns, mounting plates, non-standard door configurations, and other mechanical modifications to be directly incorporated into the design.

The advantage for the machine builder lies primarily in reproducibility. Once a design has been established, the same cabinet can be produced again for subsequent machines according to the same specifications. As a result, every cabinet does not need to be individually modified by the panel builder or machine builder.

Combinations with other components can also be included during the design phase. Consider, for example, cable entry systems from ICOTEK, industrial connectors from ILME, or ventilation components.

In this way, a stainless steel cabinet transforms from a standalone component into part of the complete machine solution.
