Versatile thermal analyzer

Setaram's THEMYS ONE is an accessible, robust and versatile thermal analysis platform for temperature, mass variation, heat and heat flow measurements. With its plug & play measurement modules, THEMYS ONE is easily adaptable for various applications, such as TGA, TG-DSC, TG-DTA, and 3D high sensitivity calorimetry / Cp measurements.

The oven has a homogeneous temperature zone, both at the sample crucible and the measuring module. One oven is sufficient to reach temperatures of up to 1,150 or 1,600 °C, which simplifies use. Thanks to the very sensitive balance for TGA analysis, even small variations can be detected. For a complete analysis, the THEMYS ONE can be connected to gas analyzers (FTIR, MS, GC/MS, MSFTIR or FTIR-GC/MS). Of course, a controlled atmosphere of inert or reactive gas or vacuum can be chosen.

The THEMYS ONE+ version offers a high sample throughput thanks to its 32 position autosampler, which allows for hours to days of unattended analysis. The 3-pin gripper of the autosampler automatically adapts to the different sensors and crucibles, resulting in a very user-friendly system.

By quickly and reliably measuring the thermal stability and composition of materials, the THEMYS ONE is suitable for most applications involving polymers and inorganic materials, as well as for testing catalysts, batteries or fossil fuels.
