World of Laboratory presents Expert Sessions on Analytical Solutions
From September 22 to 25, 2026, the World of Industry, Technology & Science (WoTS) will take place at Jaarbeurs Utrecht. This trade fair brings together professionals from industry, technology, and science around current developments and innovative solutions. With three worlds—World of Industry, World of Electronics, and World of Laboratory—WoTS offers a complete overview of technological advancements and practical applications on the exhibition floor.
Do you work in the lab and encounter analytical challenges? The World of Laboratory is organizing four substantive expert sessions on analytical solutions. Each session focuses on current issues that lab technicians and lab managers deal with on a daily basis.
- First aid for chromatography problems
- Analyzing PFAS
- Analyzing microplastics
- Analyzing unknown substances
The sessions start with a short, substantive introduction by an expert from the field. Afterwards, you will engage in a discussion with a panel of experts from various suppliers, who will use their knowledge and experience to answer visitors' questions. These can be general questions, but also very concrete problems from your own practice.
The expert sessions take place every day of the exhibition between 13:00 and 14:00.
EHBC: First Aid for Chromatography Problems
During this interactive session, you will receive practical support for common chromatography problems. Led by chromatography expert Jaap de Zeeuw, the session starts with a brief substantive introduction. Subsequently, you will engage in a discussion with specialists from various suppliers, who will answer your questions, whether you ask them on the spot or submit them in advance. A valuable session for anyone who works with chromatography daily and is looking for concrete tools.

Expert Session on Analysis of PFAS
Do you work in the lab and encounter analytical issues? During this expert session, you will gain immediate insight into practical solutions for your daily challenges.
The session starts with presentations by Vitens and Wetsus. They share how they approach and optimize their PFAS analyses.
Next, you will engage in a discussion with a panel of specialists. Experts and suppliers will answer your questions and help you think about concrete applications. You will gain new insights and practical tools that you can immediately apply in your own practice.
This expert session takes place on Friday, September 25, between 1 and 2 p.m.
Expert session on the analysis of microplastics
