Telerex has a wide range of products for cooling electronic components and systems, such as heatsinks, peltier elements, thermal interface materials, cold plates, chillers, fans and thermal electric assemblies.

Telerex takes on the role of pharmacist when it comes to delivering standard products. In practice, however, we are also presented with cooling issues where a standard product is not sufficient or where it is not clear what the thermal cooling solution can be. In some cases, we even have to ask the question whether it is even possible to cool the electronics within the predetermined requirements. For example, with hermetically sealed system cabinets, when the equipment is placed in vacuum or when the electronics to be cooled are located in very high or low ambient temperatures.

When it is clear that a thermal problem cannot be solved with a standard product, Telerex calls in its friendly specialist. This is the engineering company Optimal Thermal Solutions (OTS). They focus on the thermal management of electronics.

OTS offers integrated solutions in which the entire system is taken into consideration in order to achieve the most optimal result. They have thermal laboratory facilities and software tools that help in the development of the custom-made cooling system. Together with the customer, analytical calculations, computer simulations and experimental tests are used to work on the most suitable thermal/mechanical solution and, based on this, possible prototypes are made. Nothing is standard and everything is custom-designed. Telerex provides the production facilities and the entire logistics process, within its own group of companies and thanks to the good relationship with its suppliers.
