The MINOS Series by Zander Aachen is only 6.2/6.8mm wide and can be used for monitoring emergency stop switches, safety doors and light curtains up to PL e / Cat. 4 / SIL 3.
The SD version with relay contacts is equipped with two selector switches to set the relay to automatic/manual start, with or without cross-circuit monitoring. Furthermore, these modules are suitable as coupling/interposing relays for Safety Instrumented Systems in the process industry (according to IEC 61511-1).
For use in burner systems and furnaces, these modules are certified according to EN 50156-1 and EN 746-2. The MINOS modules are equipped with a test pulse filter on the input as standard. Types with an optional safe output with test pulses for fault detection during operation are also available. Eplan macros and SISTEMA data are available on request.
