The new HDMI module: for high-quality video signal transmission within the industry

In the past, it was common in industry to use displays with an industrial connection. Nowadays we see that the standard monitor with HDMI connection is increasingly used. However, it is important that the HDMI is connected in an industrial manner. That is why ILME has its range modular interiors expanded with a HDMI module.

The MIXO series: a system of modular internals

The MIXO series from ILME is a modular connector system consisting of a MIXO frame and MIXO modules of your choice. The MIXO frames fit into standard ILME housings and also into housings from other brands. This allows you to put together a connector for every application. The MIXO series is an open connection system.

You have a lot of freedom and options as a user when putting together your modular plug. You can choose from a range of almost 40 modules for electrical power, data transmission, optical signals or compressed air (up to 8 bar). The module range is continuously expanded, allowing new configurations to be created. The same now, with the new one ILME MIXO HDMI module.

The ILME MIXO HDMI module

HDMI is the new standard for video signals in the home and office. Industry is also increasingly using devices with an HDMI connection, but until now there were hardly any suitable heavy-duty connectors. With the new CX 01 MI HDMI module, video signals can be transmitted in a modular connector even in industrial environments with IP protection.

The features of the new MIXO HDMI module:

• HDMI 1.4 and HDMI 2.0 standard with Ultra-HD 4k resolution at 60Hz (4096x2160p)
• Compact design on one modular unit with shielded HDMI type A connection
• Easy installation without tools
• HDMI patch cable with a length of 2 meters (other lengths on request)
• Frames are suitable for the standard housings T TYPE (IP65) and V TYPE (IP67), as well as the compact housing MIXO ONE and the control cabinet mounting system COB
• ARC and Ethernet suitable for up to 18 Gbit/s transmission speed
