On Tuesday, September 23, multi-talented Diederik Jekel will open the LabNL trade fair. The Netherlands' most talked-about physicist will take the stage promptly at ten o'clock to talk about science, innovation, and technology. He will share his vision on technological progress and the role of AI in our society.

Diederik has a unique knack for conveying complex topics in an understandable and engaging way. He's been talking about science for over ten years, in various venues and across a wide range of media. He's presented television programs like "De Kennis van Nu" (The Knowledge of Now), "Atlas," "Focus," "Professor Nicolai & Dr. Beckand," and "Jekel's Jacht." He also appeared on programs like "Wie is de Mol" (Who is the Mole), "De Verraders" (The Traitors), and a weekly appearance on "Beat the Champions."

He also frequently speaks about scientific topics like coronavirus and space travel on RTL Boulevard and is a regular guest on talk shows like Jinek, OP1, and Renze. He creates programs for all ages, is the voice of Brainy Smurf in The Smurfs and the Lost Village, and has written two books and three film scripts.

After Order in the Chaos (2023) and First Aid for Difficult Subjects (2024), he will be performing The Art of Artificial Intelligence from January 2025.

Come to Jaarbeurs Utrecht on Tuesday, September 23, and experience how Diederik Jekel fuses science, innovation, and technology into an inspiring story.
