From November 2, you can register as an exhibitor for LabNL 2027.
Fill out the registration form. Your participation is confirmed upon submission of the registration form. You will automatically receive a confirmation of your registration.
After the first registration round, we will start creating the draft floor plan. Exhibitors who register before the first deadline will be included in this initial layout. We will take your preferences regarding the stand location into account.
After that, you will receive the proposed stand location and can respond to it.
It is also possible to register after the final floor plan has been released. You can then choose a stand yourself from the available stand locations.
LabNL is a uniform exhibition stand. This means that every stand has a basic appearance, creating a beautiful, uniform look. In collaboration with our stand builder, we offer complete exhibition walls at an attractive rate. You save time, and your stand space gains a professional look at a low cost. The exhibition walls can be further customized with various options for an additional fee.

As an exhibitor at LabNL, you are entitled to have your company name listed in the exhibitor list and on the floor plan. Do you have one or more co-exhibitors at your stand? Then you can request an additional company listing for this company(ies) at an additional cost. The rate for an additional company listing is €540 per listing.
