First steps towards setting up the seminars have been taken

The aim of the Food Safety seminar is: To provide an overview of issues encountered with regard to hygiene, materials, procedures, innovations, tracking & tracing, risk reduction, recalls, etc., but also guidelines, legislation, standards and technical requirements. To arrive at the message: 'Process optimization to produce food more safely'.
