eValveco Flowcontrol: Voor het regelen van grote volumestromen

It SAUTER eValveco System is used for dynamic hydraulic balancing in the full and partial load range and for flow control. The existing product portfolio is supplemented by systems with nominal diameters DN65, DN80 and DN100. The new eValveco valves with flange connection have a Bluetooth interface for commissioning and maintenance via smartphone.

Pressure-independent control valves ensure energy-optimized heating and cooling systems.

Temperature and energy in balance

Hydraulic balancing is mandatory for trouble-free and energy-optimised heating or cooling. Pressure-independent control valves (PICVs) ensure precise and efficient use of energy. The electronically controlled eValveco PICVs from SAUTER are ready to use with little effort during planning, installation and commissioning. With eValveco, the desired volume flow or energy consumption can be specified directly as a reference variable and the demand-oriented control and system optimisation can be carried out centrally via the building management system.

Application range extended for large volume flows

The eValveco system is designed for the following tasks:

Volume flow control
Energy monitoring

With three new eValveco valves with flange connection and nominal sizes DN65, DN80 and DN100, the range of applications for controlling large volume flows is expanded. This means that entire floors or parts of a building can be supplied with heating or cooling energy precisely.

All new eValveco Flanged Flow Control Systems have an integrated Bluetooth interface. This makes it possible to establish a data connection for commissioning and maintenance via the associated smartphone app. All parameters can be checked and adjusted directly. The system can be controlled via a 0-10 volt signal, Modbus/RTU or via a BACnet MS/TP interface.

Optimizing energy efficiency and costs with eValveco

Thanks to its precise ultrasonic measurement and control system, the eValveco system offers all the functions needed to optimize energy efficiency in buildings. At the same time, the costs for on-site installation and commissioning are reduced.
