FHI Advice offers members a work-from-home scheme model

FHI Advies has drawn up a model Home Work Scheme together with our partner LexSigma. This model also contains a confirmation letter for recording the individual agreements. FHI members can download the model and adjust it as desired.

Due to the corona crisis, many more people have started working from home. However, many companies have not formalized the agreements regarding working from home. The Home Work Arrangement model offers you as an employer a basis for making agreements with your employees.

For working from home, it is important that the home workplace complies with the Arbo guidelines. Think of a height-adjustable desk and sufficient daylight. Other points of attention are secure access by means of a VPN and adjustments to the travel expenses scheme.

In The Hague, a bill is currently being worked on that will give employees more rights to work from home. If this proposal is converted into legislation, FHI Advies will adjust the Home Work Scheme model. In addition, the Tax Authorities are expected to come up with tax regulations this fall on the costs associated with working from home. Again, FHI Advies will implement any adjustments to this model.
