The Schlöder CDG 7000 is a test generator for all standards for immunity to conducted disturbances caused by radio frequency fields. It is one of the few combined IEC 61000-4-6 test systems with combined RF signal generator, RF power amplifier, three-channel RF voltmeter and directional coupler.

The IEC standard describes a test setup in which high-frequency interference can be generated. With the CDG 7000 from the German Schlöder this can be realized without complicated antennas, field instrumentation and shielded rooms.

The new test generator has multifunctional features and is available in three different RF power amplifier powers and frequency ranges:
– 25W from 100 kHz to 250 MHz
– 75W from 100 kHz to 400 MHz
– 75W from 10 kHz to 250 MHz

By using coupling networks and coupling clamps, sinusoidal waves are induced directly into power and signal lines. The device under test does not have to be dismantled from its original construction and the system can be tested as a whole and in its own environment.
