Together with Dennis van der Heijden and Mark van der Zwan van Play@Work is FHI for a new, inspiring session in search of 'stuck people'.

What?!? Well, you may know them: those situations in which you don't know how to proceed or how to solve it. You have already read theories, spoken to people, sparred, scrummed, applied tips and tricks and yet you do not achieve the desired result. Do you think in circles and don't know how to get out of them? For example on topics such as:

  • How can I attract really good staff?
  • How can I shape my revenue model differently?
  • Who are real leads and how do I get to them?
  • What should I do with my network?

Does a situation immediately come to mind where you had to work hard to flex your creativity muscles? Are they still there and how can you 'activate' them again?

For a surprising, inspiring new session for members, we are looking for examples of 'getters'.

Do you have such a 'stuck' example? We are very curious and would love to hear from you! We will then discuss with you how you approached the situation and what this has (not) achieved for you. Anonymously, or if you like it in the form of a short video.

Not to delve into the content of your 'stuck', but to train together! To take on the challenge of discovering patterns within yourself that are blocking and transforming them with your creativity muscles, so that you can approach your situation again with inspiration and energy.

Leaflet: Dennis and Mark do not provide practical solutions, nor will you receive concrete answers to your question. Your creativity will be boosted! So that you will see solutions and opportunities that would not have occurred to you before!

Participate and email your name, organization and in two sentences your 'stuck' to jori.hoving@fhi.nl and we will contact you within a few days!
