The plug-in element now offers a quick, tool-free connection technology. In addition, users can quickly and easily bridge contacts by inserting plug-in jumpers into the connector.
The tool-free, fast connection technology of the Han® ES Press is based on the proven cage clamp and is therefore reliable and vibration-resistant. Benefit from shorter connection times when wiring standard production, while retaining full functionality in field installation. Regardless of whether you use flexible wires with or without sleeves – you reduce installation time with 50% compared to other connection technologies!
In the past, additional components or complex cable assemblies were needed to bridge contacts, but now, for the first time, jumpers can straight away are used in the internals. Various bridges in the longitudinal and transverse direction ensure the reduction of space and time and also allow star and delta circuits, in addition to multiplication of the potential to connect e.g. sensors.
The Han® ES Press has a compact design and construction, making troubleshooting in circuits a breeze. The measuring point integrated in the opening of the plug-in jumpers is easily accessible when the connector is attached and allows measurements of the operating conditions. Wiring errors and defective components can be detected more quickly.
The same connection surfaces and technical features make the Han® ES Press compatible with the proven products of HARTING that set the standard worldwide: the Han E®, Han® ES and Han® ESS series. The HARTING Han® ES Press is available in models 6, 10, 16 and 24 for the housing sizes Han® 6 B, 10 B, 16 B and 24 B.
