The HELUCHAIN MULTISPEED cables are all constructed according to the same principle and optimized for continuous movement applications in cable carriers. An extruded jacket with gusset filling ensures stability of the individual conductors and prevents mechanical damage due to wear or bending, especially over long distances. Cable variants with seven or more conductors are twisted into bundles to distribute forces evenly. This results in a significantly longer service life, even under demanding movements and millions of bending cycles.
To perfectly match these chain cables to every application, customers have a choice of three different jacket materials: PVC is resistant to water, acids, and cleaning agents and is affordably priced. PUR is oil-resistant, notch-resistant, and highly suitable for long distances and rapid accelerations. For small bending radii, low temperatures, outdoor applications, and heavy-duty use, the lightweight and resilient TPE is an ideal choice. All cables are also available in variants with a braided tinned copper shield, which improves EMC properties.
A highlight of the MULTISPEED series is the integrated pull cord, which allows cables to be stripped effortlessly and without special tools. A simple circumferential cut is sufficient to expose the conductors at the desired length, simplifying installation and saving time and money. This safe cable stripping technology even minimizes the risk of conductor damage, which could lead to costly breakdowns and downtime. HELUCHAIN MULTISPEED cables are available from stock in a wide range of cross-sections and conductor counts. All cables in this series feature UL and CSA approvals, enabling export-oriented mechanical engineers and installation technicians to use them internationally, avoid duplicate stock, and simplify documentation.
