Pastes have a high thermal conductivity, but processing them consistently requires some experience and dexterity. In addition, Parker has Chomerics pad materials in various thicknesses, thermal conductivity and electrical insulation values. There is also TIM material with an adhesive layer on one or two sides.
Elincom produces customer-specific pads in-house, the costs for a punching knife are low.
