The Dutch Building Commissioning Association (DBCxA) works with partners and specialists to promote the acceptance of commissioning as an efficient method for performance assurance. Aart de Jong gives on behalf of DBCxA presentation about the approach to commissioning. By guaranteeing the quality of building performance, construction processes, buildings and installations, the chain for the built environment contributes to a healthier working environment, better labor performance, better energy performance and cost savings by limiting failure costs.
DBCxA plays a leading role in the development of commissioning services by concretizing, inspiring and connecting. In close collaboration with its partners and stakeholders who care about commissioning, but especially with all commissioning specialists.
Important goals of DBCxA are to promote the application of commissioning by actively informing the demand side (building owners) and professionalizing the supply side. Through knowledge transfer and collaboration over time, the aim is to... knowledge of the participants to a high level.
