ILME T-junction distribution box: the solution for smart cabling

ILME has further expanded its range with the new one T-junction distribution box CYG 9KAXI3. This new distribution box is a turnkey, adaptable solution for all industrial applications requiring the distribution of power and control signals.

The pre-assembled system features three compact “21.21” connectors with high quality stainless steel locking levers and wear-resistant seals (CKAX 03 I). The connectors are mounted on a robust UV-resistant aluminum distribution box (APV 9). This offers a reliable construction that is also suitable for outdoor use due to the IP66/67 seal.

The structure of the T-junction junction box allows two power and signal cables (IN/OUT) to be connected to the aligned connectors. At the same time, a supply line to a participant can be connected to the 90° connector, which can be disconnected without interrupting the series connection. This makes this distribution box very suitable for use in a distribution chain.

The T-junction junction box can be used with the entire range of compact “21.21” ILME inserts and lids. A variant of the distribution box is also available that is suitable for aggressive environments and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), depending on the installation requirements.
