This unique year was different than usual, but the Industrial Ethernet online knowledge week can be called a success. Over three days, 200 visitors were welcomed, divided into ten webinars. In total there were 680 viewers for the webinars.

In the run-up to the online knowledge week, the Industrial Automation sector received a total of 349 registrations. Kees van Rijswijk, who works at the Rivierenland Water Board, received the most visitors (110). Water boards work with network technology and process automation for the remote management of pumping stations and wastewater treatment plants, among other things. The EMC and TURCK webinars, with 83 and 82 visitors respectively, also scored well.

The industry hopes to be able to organize a regular event again next year, but the webinars have the advantage that these presentations can also be viewed later. Links to these videos will soon be available on the Industrial Ethernet website.
