Desserts, who doesn't love them? And of course we want it to taste just as good every time. That's why the monitoring the composition during production is so important. Everyone knows how to measure concentrations or composition in liquids. If solid ingredients are added, it is often more difficult. With an inline refractometer this is no problem.

Take the production of rice porridge for example. Warm water or milk, sugar syrup and rice are the basic ingredients. Sometimes flavorings such as cinnamon and raisins are added. Water is added during the different phases of production. That amount of water should certainly not be too much ensure quality of the final product and maintain production efficiency.
