Interactive cyber session on digital resilience

How do you ensure that your organization is and remains resilient against cyberattacks? During Cybersecurity Month, VNO-NCW and MKB-Nederland are organizing on Wednesday, October 28 an interactive cyber session at the Malietoren in The Hague.

As an FHI member, you are automatically a member of MKB-Nederland. Therefore, all FHI members are cordially invited to participate.

Cyber threats are evolving rapidly. At the same time, companies are facing new laws and regulations, such as the Cybersecurity Act and the Cyber Resilience Act. During this meeting, entrepreneurs, experts, and industry associations share their experiences and practical insights.

Practical experience and current developments

So tells Margreet Hoekstra, Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs at Odido, on the cyberattack and the subsequent data breach at Odido. What lessons can be learned from this for other organizations?

Dave Maasland, CEO of ESET Netherlands, addresses new cyber threats and the impact of AI. In addition, provides Jasper Nagtegaal insight from the National Inspectorate for Digital Infrastructure (RDI) into the supervision of, among others, the Cybersecurity Act and the Cyber Resilience Act.

Attention is also paid to practical support from industry associations. Henk Bijsterbosch of FHI partner Samen Digitaal Veilig and Bart Molmans, Program Manager Digitalization at Techniek Nederland, share their experiences supporting companies with cybersecurity.
