Nuclear power plants, covid experts and hydrogen

The World of Technology & Science fair offers a lot of value to visitors from industry, healthcare and science. In addition to the expertise of the exhibitors, various projects on the exhibition floor and seminars in the five worlds, a generic program is offered. Experts speak about the safety of nuclear power plants, the expertise surrounding Covid-19 and Hydrogen. Naturally, attention is paid to the basics of Industrial Processing. The real stories of technology will provide a strong attraction in visitor recruitment.

Rational and technical expertise around nuclear power plants, the semiconductor industry, robotization and the approach during the Covid-19 pandemic are emphasized in four generic seminars.

It is interesting for a broad technical audience to know how the technology of current nuclear power stations works, how nuclear installations are inspected and how the future 'Generation 4 reactors' are designed. The experts present the clear knowledge to ensure that installations are safe and robust. The down-to-earth story.

The same applies to the Covid experts. Three experts who have played an important role in personal protective equipment, corona testing and vaccine development provide a rational picture of the necessary actions in the two years behind us. They also address possible lessons for the future of healthcare.

In the seminar on robotization, a researcher from MIT will give a presentation on the impact of robotics on industry, the economy and the labor market. A researcher from WUR talks about the lessons of nature. He focuses in particular on the grip technology of frogs and what we can improve with robotization. Two concrete examples in the industry from Moba and Marel complete this seminar.

Hydrogen is expected to play a major role in the energy transition: a development to which many exhibitors are contributing with instrumentation and technical solutions. This will be reflected in the Hydrogen Platform during the fair. Integrated innovations are shown in the field of production, distribution and application of (green) hydrogen.

The experience figures indicate that 90% of the seminar visitors will also visit the fair. They are interested in the expertise and are looking for solutions. Exhibitors will respond to this by placing their options and expressions in the visitors' list of preferences.
