Industry Manager Marc Berkouwer
I have been employed at FHI since the end of 2013. After many years of organising the World of Technology & Science and Electronics & Applications trade fairs with great pleasure, I have been working for the Industrial Electronics sector since March 2019 and as a sector manager since the beginning of 2020.
From the start, I felt very much at home in the industry. The Industrial Electronics members are very close, progressive and open to collaboration and knowledge sharing. Despite the corona period, we as an industry are currently organizing many digital meetings and soon also digital webinars for and by the members. We at FHI are very enthusiastic about this and this creates a new and powerful platform to share technical knowledge and get in touch with (potential) customers and members.

Project Manager Sharon Tammer
I have been employed at FHI since the end of 2017. I started with great pleasure in the position of project manager MinacNed, micronano technology. For MinacNed I have set up national and international projects, often in collaboration with the government and international organizations comparable to FHI. At the end of the year I brought science and industry together at the international MicroNanoConference.
After working for MinacNed with pleasure for two years, I chose a new challenge within FHI last August 2019 and started in the position of project manager Industrial Electronics. The Electronics sector offers many different new specialisms for me, so it is a nice challenge to delve further into this.
Last year I organised the Telecom Infra Event and the D&E Event. This year I focus on the clusters 'Components' and 'Test & Measurement'. In addition, I am working on a new format for the LED, Lighting & Technology Conference.

Project Manager Melvin Brink
Since December 2019 I have been working as a Project Manager in the Industrial Electronics sector. From my background in the events world I have taken on a new challenge in the world of electronics. As the youngest member of the team I bring fresh energy and a driven and passionate approach.
The current situation with the coronavirus forces us as event managers to think 'differently' and to translate this to the digital world. As a member of the 'digital' team of FHI, I am currently working on digitizing the Power Electronics event. This challenge brings many new insights in which I can use my expertise.
In addition to the Power Electronics event, I am busy with the organization of the D&E event, the secretariat of the Platform Omgevingstechnologie (PLOT) and the coordination of the Gadget. This last project unfortunately cannot continue at the end of this year. Nevertheless, as a group we will continue with the project and implement it in better times, which will hopefully follow soon.

Project Manager
Since January this year I have been employed at FHI in the Industrial Electronics team. In the past I have worked in commercial positions in the business world and as a project manager at a trade association (FEDA). In recent years I have worked as a project manager in stand construction, where I have gained a lot of experience in organizing fairs and events at home and abroad.
Within the IE team, I have mainly been involved in the organization of the RF Technology event during the first months. Furthermore, I am responsible for the organization of the Telecom Infra event, IT Infra event, the design of the Test & Meet pavilion at the WoTS and the secretariat of EMVT.
Customer friendliness and delivering quality are my top priorities and my working method is characterized by my solution-oriented approach and open communication. The pleasant initial contacts with members and the open atmosphere made me feel at home at FHI right away.
