Luc van Neer takes over Metafas Group BV from founder Hans van de Mortel

On Friday 10 December, Director and Major Shareholder Hans van de Mortel transferred his company Metafas Group BV to the new owner Luc van Neer. This acquisition strengthens the position of Metafas for now and in the future.

Luc van Neer about this: “Metafas is a wonderfully innovative company where the craftsmanship of screen printing technology and mechanical processing come together with modern technologies such as printed electronics and user interfaces. I look forward to further expanding the company with my broad knowledge, and especially together with the employees and my experienced Advisory Board".

Luc van Neer will take on the daily management of Metafas Group BV as director-majority shareholder (dga). In addition, Steven Romme, Govert Eijsvoogel and Katja Pahnke will join the Advisory Board. Messrs. Romme and Eijsvoogel are also co-shareholders.

As co-founder and former co-owner of 'Applied Micro Electronics' (AME) from Eindhoven, Steven has extensive experience in product development in electronics, mechanics, embedded software and IT. He has been active as an Angel Investor since 2020 to invest and coach technical startups.

About Govert Eijsvogel

Govert has over 30 years of experience in structured finance, corporate finance M&A and private investments at home and abroad. After a long career in the banking sector, he has been active for over 10 years as an independent investor and independent financial & strategic advisor to various companies.

About Katja Pahnke

Katja is an authentic and driven leader and coach in the field of high-tech innovations, with a lot of attention for people. She is Managing Director of Eindhoven Engine, and has a lot of experience in setting up successful public-private partnerships in the Brainport region. In addition, Katja fulfills various advisory roles and a commissionership in the high-tech industry.
