PAS Spectrometer – Polytec Full Spectrum NIR Analyzer

The Polytec PAS Spectrometer is a Full Spectrum NIR Analyzer for inline and online measurements. The systems are modular and consist of 1 NIR Spectrophotometer that is connected to multiple measuring heads via fiber optics. This makes it possible to measure at multiple locations in the process with just 1 NIR Analyzer.

Being a Full Spectrum Analyzer, multiple parameters (e.g. moisture, fat, protein etc.) can be measured simultaneously. Polytec PAS spectrometers provide the ideal solution to your NIR process analysis problems. Diode array detector technology combined with a transmission grating design means the devices can be used for fast and reliable data acquisition. Flexible combinations with fibre optic coupled components allow integration into different measurement scenarios to suit user requirements.

Thanks to standardized components, no compromises need to be made with regard to precision and user-friendliness. PAS spectrometers are available in a 19” plug-in housing with a 110 – 240 VAC power supply for installation in industrial cabinets. Small ½ 19” controllers with an actively stabilized (10 – 30 VDC) power supply are also available. They are also particularly suitable for mobile applications on, for example, harvesting machines.
