Since December 2019, the quality management system of PHC Europe BV complies with the requirements as set out in the standard NEN-ENISO 9001:2015The evaluation of this was done by TÜV Nederland for the application area 'sales, distribution, service and validation of biomedical and pharmacy automation equipment'.
For the customers of PHC Europe this certification means even more certainty and reliability than there was before. The products meet all legal and possible contractual requirements and the employees control the business processes down to the last detail. The company considers customer satisfaction to be very important and with this certification shows that it meets the needs, requirements and wishes of its customers.
