PPA event 2022 delves into current issues in the production and process industry
In an extremely challenging time for the industry, FHI is organizing the Production and Process Automation Event 2022 (PPA) on Tuesday, May 24. Topics addressed by the various speakers include Industry 4.0, Industrial Internet of Things and cyber security.
The 2022 edition of PPA will open with a keynote by none other than Jacco Opmeer of Shell Global Solutions. He is closely involved in the Open Process Automation working group and talks about the solutions available in an increasingly complex world.
Another very interesting lecture comes from Paul Cobben of KPN. He talks about the 'wireless factory', in which 5G technology plays a key role. How can you use technology like 5G for things like robotics and the application of artificial intelligence in the production and process industry?
The plenary program during the PPA 2022 event will be divided into three parts. Many exhibitors will discuss topics such as Industry 4.0, sustainability of the process industry and predictive maintenance.
