Investment in sustainable employability certainly pays off

During the previous FHI HRM Current Affairs Seminar Sandra Engelbertink told about what sustainable employability can bring to your organization. Sandra is co-initiator of VIT and managing consultant. According to Sandra, attention to vitality should always be allowed! Her aim is to make companies competent in performing good employment practices, so that there is a future-proof and healthy organization where people work vitally, with pleasure and commitment. She says that investments in activities around sustainable employability, large or small, will certainly pay for themselves in the long run.

It is now very attractive to make this investment, because it is again possible to get a substantial subsidy discount for these activities and our services. VIT can support you with
European Social Fund (ESF) Grant 2018.

VIT offers independent support to entrepreneurs in the SME sector in the field of Vitality, Employability and Satisfaction. This means that we help organisations to keep employees vital, sustainably employable and satisfied, all in line with the company strategy and objectives. It is often thought that such actions have to be expensive, complex and large-scale. We can show that you can start with small and sometimes very practical activities to quickly achieve great results. However, we believe that sustainable results are achieved when organisations continuously pay attention to the theme and know how to connect it to the organisational objectives.

Act quickly!

The first period is already fast: between 25 and 29 June you can apply for the subsidy. You can receive up to € 12,500 in subsidy for projects up to € 25,000. The minimum investment is € 12,000, of which € 6,000 is reimbursed (ESF pays up to 50% of the project).

To help you with the ESF subsidy, here is an ESF flyer. This contains information about the subsidy, the conditions and the application period.

Would you like to use the subsidy, but you don't know exactly how? Are you dreading the administration? VIT would be happy to help you! Contact Sandra Engelbertink for more information:
